By downloading, installing, or using Unloc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users globally.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unloc. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Unloc requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. An Apple Watch is required to access all HealthKit earn sources. Certain features require a Pro subscription.
Unloc is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations with respect to the App. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines or terms, Apple's terms prevail. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to your compliance.

Unloc does not guarantee any specific health outcomes. The credit system is a tool for habit awareness and self-imposed accountability — it is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice.
Unloc is not a medical device, wellness program, or health service. Nothing in the App or its communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Unloc as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider with questions about your health.
Unloc offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The Pro subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via the Apple App Store.

The App, including its design, code, copy, and branding, is owned by Unloc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App integrates with Apple HealthKit, Apple Screen Time / Family Controls, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of HealthKit data or that credits will function as expected in all circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unloc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unloc and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription payments.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
