  • Your goal — How much screen time do you want per day? Credits scale so hitting that goal requires real effort, every time.
  • Your baseline — Unloc reads your last 30 days of HealthKit and Screen Time data. Your normal activity level calibrates what "meaningful effort" means for you specifically.
  • Can't be gamed — HealthKit data is system-verified, not self-reported. The system is honest because the data is honest.
